"Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...
