« Located within an historical property with modern conveniences in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the river. Excellent AC'd space and a comfortable bed aided sleep and rest. Parking space was a plus and fit her Jeep Renegade. Very convenient to conference at the Marriott down the hill. »

« Although the room was comfortable and clean, the exterior of the property was filthy. The entrance way, stairwell, and parking lot were full of trash.There were many lock boxes attached near the doorway making it difficult to determine which one had the key we needed. It took several tries to get the correct lock box open and obtain our key to the building »

« Just an fyi this place is literally 400 sqft. If your in the "guest" room/closet . You have to go through the other bedroom while people are sleeping to use the rest room. And there is a tenant upstairs who's extremely loud or there is a pack of elephants rooming up there. Bring a golf cart or side by side to get to water because it's a hike down steep gravel road to water. This place is located below another occupancy and have to walk down stairs to get to. Cute place if ya don't mind the noise...

« The parking was a hassle. We had a hard time finding free parking. The notes that were left by the host mentioned where we could park but it is no longer free, it is pay to park so we had to find a new location. »
