Clean room and very nice staff, but you need to be able to communicate in Italian.
Convenient location for bus or train.
My room was on the first floor and no loft or offer of help with the suitcase.
I had not booked breakfast, but for a very reasonable 5 euros was able to have a great breakfast, no problem.

I would have given this hotel a 10 star but….because we were there in September and summer for them is over we didn’t get the full experience such as no sun beds at the beach.
Summer was not over for us so that was very annoying. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. I will return.

Very very disapointing. Does not deserved 5 stars rating, 3 stars at Best.
The service was totally inexistant, people at the réception Could not care less about guests. We asked for help with luggages and nobody came within 30 minutes so we did it ourselves. No restaurant on site and the restaurant Linked to the hôtel is 3 km away!
Not worth the Price.
