Great location. Very clean and good aircon.
Nice staff.
Didn’t like that we had to pay an extra 30 euro for arriving late at night( Palermo airport wasn’t a great experience)
Also no late check out and 10am to be out of the room is quite early.

Friendly staff and nice place. Limited availability on restaurant reservations, bit of a shortage of sunbeds around the signatory pool, but small points. It’s an Expedia VIP hotel but no perks or room upgrade provided (though there were adverts promoting paid upgrades).

Beautiful centuries-old ceilings in modern spacious rooms. The newly renovated rooms and common area are clean, bright and cool. Centrally located next to main roads and tourist neighbourhood - this is a great stay in Palermo. Valentina and Michelle were very helpful with check-in, valet parking coordination and restaurant recos. We opted for breakfast which was provided in a new nearby cafe. You can walk to the famous Via Emanuelle for evening strolls amongst the nightlife, or explore nearby chapels and markets in the day. The famous cannoli monestary is about 25 metres away on the same street.

We had not expected the freedom afforded to smokers (cigarettes/vapes). The hotel had a very high number of toddlers and young children as guests who were all exposed to high levels of passive smoking. There was no NO SMOKING area other than indoors.
I recommend that you avoid this hotel if you are a non-smoker and are worried about passive smoking by yourself and those who you take to the hotel with you.

There was t parking as stated on the ad. We ended up parking in a multi story nearby for €80 for 2 nights. The apparetment was nice though.
