Within easy and level walking distance to Tywyn's lively High Street with shops and eateries and a stunning sandy beach just 3½ minutes walk away, so you could be soaking up the sun all day then watching the sun set over Cardigan Bay. An unforgettable experience!

All the stairways and 2 bedrooms upstairs are newly carpeted, the family bedroom, sitting room and kitchen/diner have ‘Walnut effect' laminate flooring. The hallway has an original red tiled floor, balustrade staircase/gallery with a chandelier overhead.

Full-size table tennis table, dartboard and mountain bikes!
