If you want Vacation Rentals Tybee Island that are only steps to the most popular beach as well as bars and restaurants, then we have plenty to choose from. One of our Tybee Vacation Homes that fits this description, and offers room for six guests, is the Silver Shores Unit 8 property. Our Tybee Vacation Rentals always feature a ton of amenities for comfort and convenience, and this property is no different. Inside, you'll find one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the common space. Both bedrooms include a flat-screen TV as well as an en suite bathroom. The dining room offers a table with seating for four, and a drip coffee maker is available in the kitchen. The front balcony of this unit also offers outdoor seating to better enjoy the refreshing island breezes during the day or night. This rental includes free parking for up to two vehicles under the building, but it cannot accommodate oversized vehicles. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. Some extra niceties include free wireless internet, AC, ceiling fans, linens and towels. The location of this property is one of the best places for Vacation Rentals Tybee Island as it is only a short walk from the popular South Beach. Adjacent is the kitchen, which offers full-size, modern appliances to facilitate making meals at home. When it comes to exploring Tybee Island and finding things to do, you'll have no shortage of options. The island is small enough to be walkable, but you can also rent bikes and explore it that way. The beaches are naturally Tybee Island's biggest draw. South Beach is the most popular, with Mid-Beach being second. These two beaches face the warm Atlantic. To the north of the island, you'll find North Beach, which is at the mouth of the Savannah River. If you go to the western side of the island, you'll find the Back River Beach. The other hot spot on Tybee is the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum. You can take a tour to the top of the lighthouse and get a stunning view of the surrounding area. There were shops, restaurants, the pool and beach within minutes. The beds definitely need updating the are not comfortable at all. And don't even think about using the pull out sofa bed. It's literally covered springs. There are only 2 chairs on the balcony not 4 like in the picture. One of those chairs legs is rusted at the bottom. So you can't really use it. The kitchen could use a few more kitchen appliances, such as scissors and pans to cook in the oven. The pullout sofa needs a new mattress as it is just a spring and not usable. I enjoyed the beach chairs and beach play utensils that were provided. I only wish that was communicated in the list of items included so that I did not bring my own beach chair. More towels could be provided for a family of four I had to do several loads of laundry towels during our stay. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Candice T. We parked our car and didn’t touch it the entire weekend. The location was amazing, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely be using Southern Belles services again. The rooms were very clean and organized, the area itself smelt amazing and was very welcoming. It felt like we were just about at home once we settled in. My wife was pleased, the kids had a blast, and I am highly impressed by SB and their hospitality. ##### Robert G. The condo was just as advertised and more! So close to beach, pool, restaurants, ice cream stores and convenience store. Shaded parking for 2 cars and elevator. I can't give them the highest rating, though, because their cleaning staff is dishonest. This property was exactly what we wanted--spacious enough for the family to spread out a little and a super short walk to the beach. We loved being within walking distance of multiple restaurants and shops, and a short bike ride from the north end of the island (try Tybean coffee for sure!). The kitchen was well-appointed enough to cook a couple of meals, and the balcony was such a nice place to enjoy our coffee. We will definitely visit again! ##### jessi b.
