We appreciated the staff kindness. The pool was relaxing but the hot tub was a bit dirty and not filtered well. Our room did not have hot water in the shower. Otherwise wonderful kitchen and spacious living space.

New building; lady at desk 1st couple of days was very helpful and pleasant.
Didn’t like shower/bathtub combo, no safety mat in bathtub or safety handles for shower (prefer shower only for old folks); recreation area closed at 5:30 pm - should be 10/11 lm at least; no front attendant after 5 pm and call number not answered; checkout at 10am to early - at least 11am; for price of rooms cleaning room should be every day; totally over priced!!!
