« No hot water in the evening, not more in the morning! hot tub not working! The person at the frontdesk tried to help but was alone to deal with an almost full hotel! Management puts no ressources, change business if you can't run a big hotel! »

« Overall the stay was good. However the house keeper left several items from the previous guests in different drawers. It clearly had not been swept there is a massive amount of hair under the bed. It felt a little dirty. We were provided three towels for a three night stay. One hand towel. There was a key left in the laundry room I think by accident, that's how I was able to get more towels. The patio screen door was off when we arrived so I could not have the patio door open without a screen....

« The room was amazing. My wife is handicapped in a walker. The room was big enough for her to get around. One thing that needs to be done is add grab bars in the shower. »

« Complexe hôtelier moderne légèrement à l’extérieur de Leavenwort à proximité d’une grand surface ( tjrs utile pour refaire le plein de victuailles sur un Road trip.) Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. On s’y sent bien pour une soirée étape. Petit déjeuner inclus , pas spécialement mauvais mais industriel. Et à 8h00 du matin , beaucoup de monde. En résumé, il peut y avoir des hôtels mieux placés sur Leavenworth mais celui a des atouts et reste à un prix...

« I really enjoyed staying at this Hotel. The entry looks gorgeous, the room is clean, staffs are super nice and helpful, parking easy around the Hotel and love the breakfast German style with the special Albendblum German Cake in the hot pan has prepared for invidual guest. Beautiful view looks through the mountain while the Sun is rising up in the early morning. Beautiful location and property for who loves the nature for refresh and healing mindful therapy. Highly recommend. And thank you again...
