8.4/10 Very good! (1,000 reviews)
They have inattentive staff. After waiting for several minutes at the front t desk for someone to show up I finally called the hotel number on the card and it said it was disconnected. They had a fiasco which was very poorly planned when they did some maintenance on the door locks which locked everyone out of their room for most the day. I understand that issues occur but this was very poorly handled with no contingency plan in place. They charge very high rates for an old run down building that is in need of repair. In addition, there is no free WiFi unless you sign up for their rewards program, which is a pretty petty thing to do. And no free breakfast of any kind. Again, for 200 bucks a night they could give at least some kind of amenities. The only reason we stayed there was because we had a family member in the hospital, and it is very convenient for that purpose. But if I had to do it over again I would get a different hotel and just drive back and forth.
