Very nice place, clean and friendly staff

Overall this hotel is not what you would expect from a Fairmont Resort. Being in Montana you would expect a steakhouse restaurant to be able to cook a steak to order. Unfortunately, med rare comes as medium well to well done. Then when they try to fix it comes out blue rare to rare. When you are paying $300+ for dinner, I expect better quality and customer service support when things don’t go as they should. If you are wanting to use the simulators, they close them early, or say they aren’t available because the staff at the pro shop is busy drinking and playing themselves. Also, when booking online and paid in advance it states the stay is $300/night but then when we checked in the paperwork showed the rate is only $146. Again, the quality just isn’t what is expected from a Fairmont. Next time we are in town to play Old Works we will stay at another hotel.

Amazing place! Loved the staircase room. Might be hard to get large luggage up and down. One con was there is no place to put curling iron in the bathroom. Loved the uniqueness of the room. Will stay here again and try another suite

This was the perfect little gem I was looking for in Anaconda. I am so glad that I found Faye and her hotel. I will make it a point to come back in my travels throughout Montana to visit her.
