"Great rooms with enough privacy for everyone. Comfy beds and enjoyed the large kitchen and spacious table. We had a “city view” room and it was sunny and bright. Will try to get a “lake view “ next time, just to up the fun factor. Parking: register your car at check-in and utilize the parking garage that is owned by the City of Duluth. It is about a block (uphill) from the hotel to your parked car. The garage is well lit at night and felt safe. Once I figured out you can park to unload and load by the front of the hotel, it made it easier to arrive and depart on our first and last day. Honestly I have had to walk farther before at hotels that have their own parking lot. So it seemed inconvenient, but really wasn’t that bad."

"While close to the freeway, the location is right on the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. The views across the lake and down to Duluth are spectacular. Staff is very friendly, and nightly popcorn and s'mores were an unexpected bonus. Suite was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"I stayed in Room 308 and am of the opinion that the walls could use a coat of paint and the carpet needs to be either replaced or deep cleaned. On a positive note, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really appreciate the quiet heating and cooling system. I would definitely stay here again."
