Great experience from the moment i checked in. Staff were very welcoming and explained the attractions surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is excellent as it is literally walking distance to key tourist spots. Many restaurants nearby and beautiful sceneries all around. The room arranged for us (i believe it was upgraded) is spacious, clean, comfortable and amenties are comprehensive. Rooftop bar is great too !

The spa staff does not enforce the rules of the spa at all. The sauna says plainly on the sign nude area no clothes, some people continue to wear swimsuits making it awkward for the people obeying the rules. I complained 3 times and nothing was done about it.
