"New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. "We love this place. Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was stunning with updated furniture. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The view outstanding! The only downfall was that the off property restaurant beside was very noisy with loud music at times. Blaring music at 2am and 6am some days. We like the proximity of the pool and restaurant to the beach. Beach had lots of broken shells so I would bring water shoes. The maids did a good job at cleaning."

"This was affordable option during holidays when everything else was so expensive. Walk to the beach was about 5 minutes through safe street. Kids like to go back and forth from pool to beach so that wasn't option. Staff was very friendly. The food quality in breakfast buffet was more like a 2 star hotel buffet. The location was best in grace bay area which is most developed area on this island. "
