Por lo que se paga el hotel es una excelente opción. La ubicación fantástica. El restaurante en el 13 piso muy lindo y el desayuno esta bien. La gente de la recepción no se destaca por el servicio al cliente. La niña que estaba en la noche cuando llegué un poco desagradable. Lo único que no me gustó fue eso pero en general lo recomiendo y volvería con gusto. Ahhh y tengan definido si incluyen el desayuno o no porque creo que están desorganizados con eso. Yo pagué con desayuno y no me tenía en la lista del restaurante. Me tocó demostrarles. Conclusión el staff no es muy bueno.

The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

When I first saw this hotel, I was a little skeptical because there were barely any reviews. However, it was such an incredible deal for a beautiful looking hotel, so I took a chance and booked it. I'm so glad I did! It was a brand new hotel that had just opened up 2 weeks ago. When we arrived, the staff was so kind and welcoming. The restaurant offered us coffee and a cocktail while we waited. It was the perfect welcoming to a country known for its coffee. When it was time for check in, the staff walked us to the room to show us around and we were immediately impressed. It was SO beautiful and VERY spacious. Despite its prime location, the sound did not travel inside the room unless we opened the windows. Even then, it wasn't a distraction at all. The beds were also VERY comfortable. I have back issues and I woke up each night feeling better. This is a great hotel for anyone wanting more space, but still within walking distance to popular sites in Provenza.

Un hotel con una gran ubicación cerca de todo, es muy lindo, las habitaciones son muy amplias más de los que imaginaba, el desayuno me encantó y el rooftop tiene una vista impresionante, además me encantó que todas las tardes venían a mi habitación ofreciéndome una bebida con licor gratis y eso me sorprendió mucho. El servicio es excelente y todo el personal es muy amable definitivamente volveré.
