Room was clean, but it had no full-sized towels for some reason - which I only discovered after stepping out of the shower. Also had three tries at getting coffee over a 20 minute period during breakfast and it was empty every time.

I read great reviews before coming here, and it was a great place to stay.

Well, I have to admit. This hotel was a great price that kept Us cool, dry, and We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. However, there were downsides : only one elevator worked, there was a leak in the roof by the lobby, the water pressure was pretty weak, We couldn't get the wifi to work, and the bathroom sink in Our room was busted up and sort of pieced together. We simply needed it as a place to sleep for one night. The price was right. But you definitely get what up pay for.

The Ambassador is a fantastic hotel — people, location and accommodations. We flew into OKC during a terrific storm, and the staff could not have been more supportive. Even with the power knocked out, they let us get a drink at the bar to settle our nerves. I will always stay here when visiting. One of my favorite hotels in the U.S.
