The unique location of the studio within the building offers guest a maximum level of privacy and tranquility. When entering the apartment you will find a well equipped kitchen to your left including a large refrigerator and freezer. To your right you will Our guests are welcome to access all spaces shown in the pictures. I give my guests space but am available when needed. I want you to have a remarkable stay at "MENESSE". I will be glad to help you! Please do not hesitate to send me a message with your needs or any question you may have. Once the reservation is made, we will send a guide with different tips on the best restaurants, nightclubs, and points of interest in the area, so you can live the experience like a local. HOUSE RULES • Check-in with our hosts is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. For check-ins from 9 pm onwards: We will send you detailed self check-in instructions. • Check-out is by 11 AM. • Late Check-out fee from 11 am until 1p.m: $40 extra. • Late Check-out fee after 1p.m: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts. • Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. • No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. • No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. • No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. • Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. • Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay. • Please avoid moving furniture. • Pets are welcome in our home for an additional fee of $10 per night. • If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply. • Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, or bottles are allowed in the pool. • We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival. • Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. • Noise: Tulum is a high-growth area with a great deal of real estate development and you may hear construction noise during daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. • Electricity is included in short-term stays (<28 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
