Summary:  
  
This Lumina is perfect for a family or friends traveling together. It’s a fully equipped 3 bedroom apartment with its own private patio and pool, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 fully equipped bathrooms, and balcony. It also has access to all amenities at Mudra, including the pool, gym, garden and more.  
  
Please note: There is currently construction going on inside the complex and the noise can be loud from Monday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  
  
The Space:  
  
Located a few steps away from the main road and a short minute drive to the most coveted beaches, this relaxing home is a secluded oasis where you can put your mind at ease. You'll have comfortable and private amenities at your disposal, like a private terrace with a swimming pool and lounge chairs.  
  
Guest Access:  
  
There is free parking in the street, access to the property is through a keypad. Code will be provided 24 hours before arrival. We offer 24/7 customer support for all your needs.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
  
It is located at the entrance to the "La Veleta" subdivision, just two blocks from the federal highway that connects Tulum with the rest of the State of Quintana Roo. La Veleta is the area located in the downtown area of ​​Tulum. It is an imminently residential area.  
  
Getting Around:  
  
The most common way to get around Tulum is by bicycle, car or taxi. This Lumina is located 5-10 mins away from the beach by car or taxi. We have free parking outside the building.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
  
📌 Tulum is a growing destination and as a result, there may be constructions related noise near our location.
