"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"Paid for a balcony room and they sold out. I was given a regular room that would have been 50 dollars cheaper and they couldn't refund me or give me the difference because I booked through Expedia. The whole reason I chose that hotel and paid more was for the balcony. The hotel promised me a refund through Expedia and I talked to them and Expedia several times but they only blamed each other. I travel a lot, bad experience! "
