"The pictures were very misleading. The hotel is awful. The carpet was sticky when walking on it barefoot. The hallways on the first floor had no ceilings. The staff was not helpful at all and scolded us and our children for everything. I leaned against a table and from across the lobby the staff yelled at me to sit on a chair. My son and his teammates were talking and laughing in the hallway and got yelled at, another hotel guest said she witnessed it all and they weren’t doing anything wrong, they were just talking and laughing. My son said the front desk guy chased him through the hotel. My sisters toilet was clogged when they got there and they called 3 times and it took til the next day and all they did was drop off a plunger for them to clean it. The rooms had awful smells. I would never recommend anyone staying here. We travel about 20 weekends a year for the last 14 years for our kids’ sports and this has to be one of the worst stays I have ever had."
