"No breakfast, they were struggling with plumbing problems. I think upstairs shower overloaded or something. A very noisy location. Trash truck woke us up at 4:00am! Kids maybe teenagers were running around the upstairs very loud. It was 10 o’clock at night and they were yelling at each other playing a game or something."

"I had no hot water in my room at all. Shower head was spraying everywhere out on to the floor behind the toilet. Literally the floor next to my bed was leaking water got 2 pairs of my socks wet. Other people's hair from past guest was lingering in the shower . Junkies laying around and behind the property. Was supposed to be a complementary breakfast that didn't happen. I was supposed to stay from March 31st to April 4th ended up checking out on the 1st and flew back home . Never again will I stay there. "

"Honestly, it was just okay. The room was clean, so there's that. But the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The front desk staff wasn't exactly warm — I asked to have my Bonvoy number added and got what felt like an eye roll. It never ended up on my account either, so that was annoying. There was also a door being repaired during my stay, which wasn't a huge deal but definitely added to the "not quite together" vibe of the property. Breakfast was the lowlight. Slow service, and I was actually told not to wait at the counter... that someone would bring my hot meal to me. Spoiler: they didn't. I got up and grabbed it myself."

"The room was very clean. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The neighborhood around the hotel looked a little sketchy with homeless ‘looking’ people walking around the hotel but not on the property. We will stay here again "

"This hotel has a fast food place next door, convenient. There is a nice walking path behind the hotel along the river. comfortable bed/ pillow. *This Hotel is only feet away from a busy highway, you WILL hear cars all night and semi jake breaks. In the Evening there Will be homeless people behind hotel asking for cash if they see you in the parking lot. "

"I booked this mainly on price. For a recognized brand hotel with breakfast included, the price was good and the location seemed fine. We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: * Breakfast (6 a.m. weekdays and 7 a.m. weekends) was pretty good, in terms of quality and variety. * The hotel is centrally located - less than 10 minutes to U of Arizona campus or downtown. * Within a block of I-10 (but no noise issues). * There is a gas station adjacent to the hotel for easy fill-ups, if needed. Cons: * Accessing the hotel's driveway was awkward. You pass under I-10, switch lanes, pass a traffic light, and then have to get into a short semi-lane to wait for a gap to turn across traffic to get in. Not horrible, but it was always a final, mild challenge when returning. * The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy. They don't seem to have an issue with their parking lot, but some of the people hanging around the gas station next door seemed like you'd be better off avoiding them. The room was adequate for 3 people, but the sofa bed was not the greatest. If you are not getting breakfast at the hotel (for whatever reason), there is a Waffle House across the street and an IHOP about a block away. There also was some sort of Crab Shack restaurant next store. Those appeared to be the only restaurants within walking distance and we did not visit any of them. If I returned to Tucson, I'd consider staying here again, but might also shop around to compare other places. "
