The problem was both Expedia and the Property. 1. Expedia booked the wrong date, and I had to get on the phone for a while to get the correct date --- and not get financially penalized. 2. I needed to add an additional room, and two additional rooms were booked and charged to my card. 3. In addition to the $15 "resort fee" (for a standard pool and jacuzzi), my card was charged $50 PER EACH ROOM for "Amenities". Don't know what those amenities consist of, other than eating at the barely average restaurant. 4. So, for two rooms, priced at $90. My card has been charged nearly $500. 5. I was told that in two days the money would be refunded to my account. 6. In addition to my refund, it would be fitting for the property and Expedia to offer me two complimentary nights. It's been too much stress, and too much work on my end to try and fix that. It severely impacted my stay. The property overall is nice --- independent of the limited "amenities."
