"This is a great butique hotel with a decent location. Not beachfront but 2 minutes away from Kamala beach. Your room is huge. Love the kitchen area with fridge freezer. Staff are excellent. Our air conditioning wasn't working in the living area and it was fixed straight away. The bar area and check in are the same. The layout feels a little odd and not conducive to wanting to go down to sit there to have a drink. It feels like there is nowhere to sit and no tables to rest your drinks. The photos give a different impression of the bar.it feels like a missed revenue opportunity for the hotel. On the subject of missed revenue opportunities, whilst we were in the pool, we were never asked if we wanted a drink. Especially as they offer free ice cream between 2-4 pm and there are families taking advantage of this. Travelling as a family this place is excellent and I would absolutely come back if I get the chance. "

"This should be a 3 star hotel, a bit surprised was rated as a 4 star hotel. We took the airport bus here. From the main road, it is a 10 min walk. It's about a couple of blocks from the beach. There are a few decent restaurants around the hotel as well. Cute resident animals, got bit by lots of mosquitos here. There so much mosquitos they have repellent during breakfast for you to use. The staff here ignores you. I think this is a bit weird, almost borderline racist as I see them interact with the white folk. Pool is mediocre, rooms are big, but that is it. Feels like an industrial vibe and the water here is brown/yellow. Breakfast is mediocre. Probably wouldn't stay here again, not my vibe. "
