"Cape Sands Inn is located within a reasonable distance from the nursing home where both of my elderly parents reside in South Yarmouth. I was satisfied with the springtime rate and enjoyed the water view and hot tub when I wasn't spending time with them."

"We was very please on picking this hotel have everything we needed and the room was very clean and comfortable breakfast was good the pool small but we got the chance to use it with not kids running around the only issue is the extra $10 per night for parking is complete unnecessary was plenty empty spot we was there for 3 days i won't do it for a week...! "Went to Ptown for an overnight stay. Maurice at the front desk was so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for food and drinks. The room was clean and spacious. Beds are comfy. You cant beat the view! Going back for a week in July...cant wait. "

"Stayed during April school vacation week. Amazing property with a beautiful beach. Staff was friendly. Only small issue is that the walls are thin and you can hear everything in the rooms around you, but being a family friendly place it was nice to hear so many kids around having a great time! Mine certainly did!"
