"Perfect clean establishment"

"Great experience, the staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk staff to the bartender and wait staff for breakfast, everyone was wonderful. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The lobby was huge and the bar was great with table seating along with couches to relax on. The hotel was about 3 blocks from the MVP Arena, we were there for a concert and it was an easy 5 minute walk. Parking is in a garage attached to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel expecially if you are going to the arena."

"Clean hotel and room. Staff were very helpful and very kind. Arrived to our room and toiletries were empty, so had to go to the front desk for new bottles. AC kept kicking off and on throughout the night and didn’t run consistently even though it was not on auto mode. Room was not very sound resistant and we unfortunately had very loud neighbors. Aside from that it was a great quick stay."

"Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet breakfast. Eggs were fresh, did not eat the sausage or undercooked potatoes. Ran out of muffins before 9am on first day. we decided to eat out the next day as too many kids dominating the breakfast area, even though they were polite and not disruptive. Housekeeping too busy to clean our rooms. If you did not let them come in when they knocked (9am one morning) and asked to come back, they did not come back. Disappointed in that we expected at least to have our towels and bathmat refreshed. Staff did not understand engligh."

"Clean pet friendly hotel! Super friendly staff! The bed and pillows were lumpy so it wasn’t the best sleep I’ve ever gotten but it was good enough. Shampoo was empty but luckily my daughter packed some. Good variety at breakfast. This hotel wasn’t the best but also not the worst. I would stay here again."
