It was very convenient to the downtown area with nice restaurants. We loved our stay! If possible, having different breakfast options each day might make longer stays a bit better, rather than the same menu each day. I’d recommend a manager’s “reception” each night with wine, cheese, fruit, etc. The house is definitely made for entertaining. Also, while the soaps in the bathroom were nice, switching to a spa brand might also make it a bit nicer. Our room, the Maria Pia was very comfortable and it was nice hanging out in the common areas. The parking was incredible, given the historic home’s location. The only issue was, our room was on the third floor, and as older adults we found it difficult. Note that check in is 3pm. Not sooner.
