Rooms are small but efficient. Temps were 39c ,there was a fan in the room but no ac. This is common in Europe. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful. Room was a bit pricey however it was Ironman Triathlon wekend so may have accounted for the cost. "I dont know what people smoked to give this hotel excellent reviews. The staff was fantastic but the rest terrible. This is a super old hotel with ZERO investments to keep it up. I am glad i am slim, because the shower is so tiny that you have to shower with the doors open if you weight more than 180 pounds. Internet speed is like dial in modem in the 90. TV is so small that you have to go out of the bed and sit in front if it to see something!"

"The layout of the hotel is perfect, we parked indoors the underground parking with a quick walk to the reception where a very helpful and friendly receptionist welcomes you to the hotel. Then we headed out our Panoramic View room, which was immaculately clean, and the morning breakfast was perfect.
We absolutely loved the train that takes you to the castle and downtown. In addition, the restaurant was able to accommodate for my wife’s gluten allergy (Celiac).
We absolutely loved it."
