"Shabby looking, in need of a renovation. Their out building is especially shabby. Aside from 1 person at the front desk during the day, the staff was very unpleasant. Service with a scowl. I found that odd since the other hotels in that area that I stay at when I visit twice a year, the staff is friendly and polite. Will not stay here again."

"Pools were great. Like most places these days, felt understaffed. But the staff that was there was capable and responsive. Bars close a bit early for a resort, probably due to staffing. Rooms were big, modern and clean. It was close to family in Punta Gorda. Will try again."
