"It was perfect since we got in late after a disastrous day of traveling and missing our last connection. All we did was fall into bed and jump up to leave so it was easy in and out. It’s a basic place, not meant to be luxurious but decor was fun and hip. Staff could not have been more helpful. "

"I have stayed there before and the staff is always very friendly and thorough. The beds in the room are super comfortable, and the pillows are fluffy and very comfortable as well. The water pressure in the shower is strong. You enjoy your shower. The only thing I didn’t like was the TV wasn’t working or possibl I wasn’t working well, but it didn’t turn on . Hours later I realized I had left an important makeup bag. I had a very expensive perfume and I was worried that somebody had taken it so I called the front office and the gentleman was more than helpful. He went to the room and not only did I leave that bag, but my boyfriend left a T-shirt and I left my dress pants. All in all I really enjoy the hotel. It’s close to 635 and Addison and I will be going back again."

"First of all I just like to say that I was very satisfied with the morning staff.Derrick Winston and Sharol.it was my wife Birthday and our Anniversary they guided to all the nice restaurants and shopping area.it was our first time in Texas. We definitely will come again.but they made us felt welcome. But now on the other hand that night crew not all so pleasant it was kinda Disappointing so me personally u need to evaluate some of the night Crew that's hurting your business.which is sad because you are in a wonderful location "

"Very big, very clean place! The clerk at the front was so sweet and helpful♡♡ Breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Only downside is only one elevator was working so the wait to go up took forever so we used the stairs, I guess not too bad of a downside since the I was "exercising" 😂 Great place 👌"
