But two crucial elements of staying in a 5-star hotel were not ok for me: sleep and hygiene. Both nights were a nightmare due to people moving above us at night for hours (staff?) and the floors were creaking heavily and loudly. "Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was satisfactory though should have plenty of choices for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far from the center. Swimming pool and wellness available for free until 12pm, after that for a charge."
