"Nice hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. Room was very nice. The bed was comfy and the air con worked well. Room was generally quiet. Only downside was that they were doing work on the cobble stones out front of the hotel. They didn’t work on Sunday but on Monday morning they started about 8am and it was very loud. It wasn’t an issue for us as we were awake but it would’ve been impossible to sleep in if you wanted to. But otherwise the location was quiet. Lots of food places...

"The staff service was excellent. I don’t normally write reviews but Carmen deserves to be recognized for her top-notch customer service. She kept in touch with us the whole time we were in the airport to make sure we are able to reach our shuttle driver even when it was past her shift. Lemuel also checked us in with ease and efficiency. The room itself is tiny and can use a bit more storage space but it’s not a big deal as you will be around the city all day. "

"Check-in system was badly managed - got in line for reception for 10 minutes to get to the front and then be told there’s a ticket system. Understandable if super busy but it wasn’t. Train station difficult to understand and unreliable. Bus on time but very overcrowded. However, room clean and tidy campsite. Breakfast croissants and coffee were delicious and good value."
