"We booked a room for four people but received only two bath towels. The receptionist stated they had run out. The hotel was not full, yet no effort was made to get towels from unoccupied rooms; we were given hand towels instead."

"The stay at the Clemons was amazing as usual. This is THE go to place if you're staying in downtown Chattanooga. The rooms are VERY Spacious AND you get 2 separate rooms and bathrooms! Be warned though- you will NEED to set an alarm. You will sleep through checkout of you don't."

"Clean and affordable. Walls needed some paint in the bathroom. Pool looked murky so we skipped it. Door lock stopped working later than night so had to be let in my front desk. Good location except right by the interstate but our sound machines helped with that."

"Very nice and upscale hotel! Roof top bar and restaurant were phenomenal, we didn’t eat but had a drink with great vibes. Everything was absolutely lovely great walking distance to almost everything downtown. The only negative was it’s near a fire station and it seemed there was a fire every hour on the hour. But great sleep between! I’d stay again with earplugs."

"Great hotel. Seemed fairly new. The staff was excellent- attentive and pleasant. The hotel had an evening bar with free drinks for guests and heavy appetizers. The breakfast was good too. I would definitely go back. Recommended!!!"

"Check in was smooth. Breakfast was ok, the hot items werent hot but luke warm. Toilet in room kept stopping up. The guy at front desk said he would have it taken care of. Didnt happen. Came back after 5 hours and the overflow was still on bathroom floor. I found a room attendant and he quickly took care of everything. He was super friendly. It lasted half a day. It was stopped up again next morning. We checked out."
