Look no further than glamping in Lookout Mountain, Georgia! Take in the breathtaking views of Lookout Mountain while you relax and reconnect with your loved one. Enjoy the beauty of nature without sacrificing any of the comforts of home. You and your significant other will be able to stay in a luxurious, private yurt with all the amenities you need for a romantic getaway. The Space: If you plan to bring your pet(s), plz message us upon your booking. Pet fee is $75.00 per stay. We use a federal EPA registered disinfectant & sanitizer, Hypochlorous acid (Force of Nature) that kills 99.9% of germs to clean our yurts. It’s just as effective as conventional cleaners with no harmful chemicals. We wipe down door knobs, light switches, any frequently touched surfaces, sink, whole shower area and also spay on any furniture and whole space every time! We cleaned and sanitized all bed lines for every arrival of our guest. Floor is mopped with disinfectant and then run a ozone generator to neutralize indoor air for one hour before your arrival. The yurt offers its own kitchen with a stove, full-sized refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and a dining area if you want to eat in. The living area has a couch and a TV with streaming services. The bedroom has a king-sized bed. There is a full bath with a shower. There is heating and cooling throughout the yurt. There is also a ceiling fan and WiFi for your enjoyment. The over-sized deck with an outdoor eating area is a great place to watch the sunrise, have a picnic and to kick back day or night. Our yurts are located in a secluded mountain setting on the bluff. Our neighborhood is home to deer, turkeys, owls, hawks and all kinds of other little critters. Our yurts are surrounded by the mountains tree such as Oak, Pine, Walnut, Cedar, Hickory and more. At night you can see the city lights of Chattanooga in the far distance or look up and see thousands of stars. Our open area in forest would be magical place at night for stargazing. Mars will only be 58 million kilometres away from Earth. That’s the closest it has been in 15 years We are just 30 miles from the Chattanooga Airport, 30 minutes drive to Chattanooga. Other tourist attraction area like Rock City, Ruby Falls, is a short 20 min drive away. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS Restaurants: All of these restaurants are within a few miles from the yurt. Outdoor activities: Cloudland Canyon 4 miles away Located on the western edge of Lookout Mountain, is one of the largest and most scenic parks in the state. Home to thousand-foot deep canyons, sandstone cliffs, wild caves, waterfalls, cascading creeks, dense woodland and abundant wildlife, the park offers ample outdoor recreation opportunities. Lookout Mountain Hang gliding 10 miles away Lookout Mountain Hang Gliding is one of the oldest and largest hang gliding schools and resorts in the United States. Since 1978 people have come from all over the world to FLY LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN. Amazing views, very clean, close to many attractions such as hiking at Cloudland canyon, visiting caves, awesome little restaurants and more! It was a peaceful fun trip. We enjoyed the patio, fire pit, and grill in the evening and loved to wake up to the beautiful sunrise in the morning. The air and heat work great! Wouldn’t recommend a better place. He's a wonderful host and I can't say enough about this property. Staying in a yurt was an experience all by itself and the property is gorgeous. The views are second to none over the mountains with sunrise and sunset bringing a whole new experience each day. The accomodations were fantastic and clean. Bring your groceries and enjoy whatever you can dream up, cooking. Sample supply of cooking tools and both a full kitchen and a charcoal grill.
