« There needs to be a deep clean on the property in common areas, stair exits need trash emptied. Elevator was filthy. This is not HK problem this is management not prioritizing common areas as needed. Skimping on hrs ect…. »

« A/C was pretty good. Room was clean. I did miss having a coffee pot and microwave in the room but they were avaliable in the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and the morning buffet was surprisingly good. »

« Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« Room clean except for shower walls/floors visibly unclean with what appeared to be permanent brown stains. Shower door would not stayed closed (broken). Stair well was dirty. Breakfast was a kinda pitiful but it appear other guests enjoyed making their own waffles. Gym was a joke - basically equipment in a closet that could only be accessed from outside - definitely not safe. »
