« Bel établissement en général, mais pour un 4 étoiles, je suis quand meme déçu. Le personnel n'est pas sympa, ne dit pas bonjour, vous dévisage parfois meme quand vous demandez quelque chose. N'est pas poli. La chambre est bien globalement meme si là encore il y a à améliorer. La douche n'était pas dans un très bon état. Paysage à couper le souffle+++ spa très bien, piscine idem, parking juste à coté, possibilité de prendre des vélos. Localisation près de Malcésine arrangeante. »
