Best hotel we've stayed at for ages the guy on reception was really helpful made it a really pleasant relaxing stay really comfortable bed and perfect shower would stay again was worth the money

I ended up booking this on a lark, and what great fortune it was! The location, the attention to details, the fluidity of welcoming attentive and informative staff to impeccable grounds, made it a memorable stay. They combine high end service w/ a feeling of being at home, I will most definitely be booking with them again. Highlights: Spa inclusion w/ room stay (sauna, steam bath all pools especially heated outdoor!) location: coastal pathway to St Charles. Nature walks, no cars to everything I wished to visit. Fabulous ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic hotel in a lovely spot and not far from Padstow or Port Isaac etc.. The rooms were clean and well equipped with comfy (if slightly soft) beds, a Dyson fan if required and even Sky TV! Staff were very helpful and efficient. The gym was very well equipped despite being small and the spa facilities were excellent. I had a Cowshed Spa treatment which was very thorough and relaxing. Breakfast was also well catered for (even a Gluten free section), couldn’t fault the selection. Our only feedback we had was that the Tennis Court is in need of some attention. The surface is deteriorating and you can’t rely on a consistent bounce! We also felt that the ‘no kids’ times should be reviewed as we had to wait till 6pm before ‘Adults only’ time by which point you’re probably heading off to get ready for dinner. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! Another highlight is the hotel’s own soap products which smell amazing and are available to buy. Sadly they had run out but we were gifted a small sample instead which was super nice. The restaurant is lovely, get to breakfast early to snag a window table. The food was excellent. Our room was nice and very clean and we had a good nights sleep. The walls were not as thin as many UK seaside hotels which was good. Overall a lovely stay, we would definitely come back and highly recommend

The breakfast menu had many choices and the quality of the food and presentation were excellent.
