"Very beautiful area. Beach was a 2 minute walk from the front door to a powder soft sand beach with teal colored water. Fresh water pool if you don't care to swim in the sea. Super friendly neighbors but lots of privacy. Yvette gave a great run down of the amenities in the neighborhood. Strongly recommend Sunset Pizza right outside of gate to Treasure Cay."

"This was our second time staying here. It is right on the beautiful Treasure Cay Beach. Water pressure was a bit of an issue but that was all over the area not a specific issue with this unit. Ivan lives right behind this unit so very reachable and responsive. We rented a car, rented golf carts and rented a boat. We hit 7 Cays in 7 days. We would definitely rent here again."

"A perfect vacation rental for 4 couples - each bedroom with ensuite bathrooms and separate air conditioning and a wonderful gathering spot for all in the kitchen and living room. We were delighted to walk directly onto the deck only to see our own beach with epic views."

"Just spent 10 days here and Brian has a very nice Villa and it has about anything you could ask for in it. TC is still recovering from the 2019 hurricane so things are a bit limited in this area although there were a few restaurants ( Sunset Pizza and Ocean beach Pool Bar and Grill, we liked) but just know everything is expensive! Every night the complex has a get together and can meet on the ocean deck so you get to know so many people! The beach is breathtaking and the pool area is very nice! One thing we did find is that the water pressure is low in this area so water comes and goes, but we survived! Another thing for newbies like us, if u r coming you may want to rent a car and we knew it was left sided driving but a lot of the cars are right sided steering. However, in order to see the island and get to the ferries you will almost need one since cabs are pricey."

"We had the best week in this wonderfully appointed 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. I especially loved the high ceilings and the proximity to the beach, pool and pool bar and grill. Doug was an excellent host from start to finish. We will definitely be back. The use of the golf cart was extra nice. Thank you so much for a 5 Star vacation!"

"The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could require, including excellent kitchen, plenty of towels and soaps, TVs in every room and beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was accommodating and responsive. The restaurant options in Treasure Cay are limited and fairly basic, so if you are looking for more meal options you will have to drive the 35 minutes to Marsh Harbour. Prestige Car rental offers good cars for less than it costs to rent a golf cart."

"A very comfortable and well equiped house in a beautiful setting. The host ia amazing, responds immediately and very helpful. There are only a couple nearby restaurants you can easily drive to. There are two bedrroms downstairs and the master bedroom is awesome looking out on the water. The second downstairs bed is very high and difficult for anyone a little infirm and the stairs are very steep, so could be a problem. But for young and able bodied group it is awesome accommodation. You can live on the porch looking at the water!"

"It was amazing to be back on Treasure Cay (the best beach in the world)!!! Our hosts were extremely kind and communicative. Prior to our trip they answered questions in a timely manner and gave us recommendations. Upon arrival we were given check in instructions and all went seamlessly. We never had to contact our hosts or property manager while on vacation because all was perfect. The apartment is clean and well stocked with linens, bath towels, beach towels, and kitchen ware. The blue tooth speaker was much appreciated! Treasure Cay is a treasure! The beach is phenomenal and the people are a joy to be around. Definitely make a list a visit the grocery store at Marsh Harbour as well as the liquor store there. We enjoyed drinks, dinners and lunches at the BBC (where we stayed) as well as Sunset Pizza. I can’t wait until Treasure Sands opens as well.
