Train your people Hilton...really?? It's the customer's fault?? The noise level at this hotel is completely unacceptable. Lastly, the beds and pillows are terrible. Had staff been trained properly, he would have simply apologized and offered us breakfast, which I would have declined. "

"This is a Best Western property that is clean and does a great job of covering the basics. The rooms were clean, comfortable and aptly stocked. The breakfast buffet was good and included drinks, coffee, breakfast tacos, sandwiches, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal. Location was great with easy access to Austin tourist favorites. The pool and hot tub were a hit with my kids but the pool is not heated. We booked same day for less than $200/night for one night and would stay again if we needed a solid budget friendly place. "
