« Called multiple times never got an answer. Was no keyfob in the room so i wasnt able to enjoy any of the other Amenities. As others have stated shower drain did not work so it took forever for water to go down. Pullout sofa bed was broken my toddler fell through it and got a long scratch on his back…when turning on the oven it had a burnt smell to it. « The apartment is recently renovated with on-street parking with opposite side street cleaning restrictions for 1.5 hours on Thursday (one side) and Friday (the other). Easy to find spots anytime during the day, but try to park by 4-ish because it's harder after peole get back from work. The apartment has a huge primary bedroom with a king bed, sofa and large TV. The second BR is small but enough space for a queen bed and storage. The sitting area has one couch and 3 barstools at the counter...

« Cold apartment upon our arrival, an annoying continuous sound from a smoke detector in one of the bedroom , no microwave an oven that doesn’t work, front bedroom light doesn’t work, dirty carpet, the smell of gas and very poor communication from owner. It was five nights of hell with guess on the floor above had parties 2 nights , unsafe street parking. We had Togo to families who lives in the area to use their microwave »

"Vraiment terrible — à éviter absolument ! Nous avons quitté l’hôtel immédiatement, sans même être remboursés, et Expedia ne nous a offert aucune aide. Nous avons visité six chambres et les six avaient clairement déjà été utilisées. Les lits étaient défaits, il y avait des déchets partout et les planchers étaient sales. L’odeur de cannabis était présente partout dans l’hôtel, et il y avait aussi des traces de cigarettes dans les chambres. Le pire : nous avons trouvé une seringue souillée sur le plancher. C’est extrêmement dangereux, surtout quand on voyage avec des enfants. L’endroit semblait complètement abandonné : aucune femme de ménage, des déchets dans les couloirs et une atmosphère très inquiétante. Même la salle de restaurant et le gym étaient fermés par la ville en raison des risques pour la sécurité et la salubrité. Honnêtement, tout indiquait que quelque chose de louche se passait dans cet établissement. Ce n’est absolument pas un endroit sécuritaire pour séjourner, encore moins avec une famille. À éviter sans hésitation."
