« At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. « Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time.
