« The room was spotless and I have all the space I need to be extremely comfortable. The host and hostess have gone out of their way to make me comfortable. The motel is surrounded by gorgeous views of the mountains and there are shops nearby for anything anyone might need. The motel is a wonderful place to stay and rest. I highly recommend the Appalachian Motel. Definitely a 5 star experience. »

« Accueil épouvantable : n° de confirmation inconnu. Obligés de discutter au téléphone avec une responsable en essayant de comprendre et se faire comprendre. Odeur désagréable dans la chambre, draps tachés, couvre lit brûler par endroit. Un panier avec des donuts secs et des bananes au bureau de l'accueil en guise de petit déjeuner. Et au final, pas de réponse à notre salutation finale. »
