"The king room with bubble tub was poorly clean. Corners to plastic packages on the floor, other dirt lile hair and dust throughout the room and hair in the tub. I had blankets in the car and a pillow so i just laid those down to sleep as we were too exhausted to ask for a change of room. Staff would have given me a new room if i asked, I'm sure, but I didnt have the energy or patience today. The layout of the room was very uncomfortable as well.. the couch faces the mirror instead of the tv... not sure id book again!"

"The property was clean and quiet. Very close to the hospitals. Breakfast was good, but don't stay past 9 am!"

"Worst hotel ever!! It literally smells like weed when you walk in and dog piss and poop. The staff was high asf. The beds squeaked so bad you could hear the upstairs neighbors being so loud at 3 in the morning. There was no breakfast in the morning the room we were in the fridge was leaking water everywhere. It takes like 5 minutes for the hot water to turn on. "

"The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel condition was very unclean. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet was running and making noise all night. The tub didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t even use it for the jets after we paid extra for that room. One of the beds had a fake eyelash in it. There was hair and other trash all over the floor in the bathroom and room. Just can tell they don’t have good housekeepers. Again the staff was really nice and we liked the shuttle service. They just have a lot of updating and cleaning to do. "

"Bed and bathroom were clean, carpet quite dirty. Thin walls and didn't feel like an area where you'd want to be walking outside after dark. Restaurants were relatively close, though, and service at the front desk was great."

"We aray in billings at least 1-2 weekends a month and thought we would try a new hotel! WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. We were told we would be reimbursed to park in parking garage if the parking lot was full, was not. Found pills in hallway and our room, people we were with had people on roof area looking in their room at 8:00am on sunday morning. Housekeeping was very loud at 7am the next morning banging on doors and yelling. Bathroom was tiny and not sire they use any type of fabric softener towels and sheets were stiff and scratchy. Breakfast in restaurant was good. "
