"The king room with bubble tub was poorly clean. Corners to plastic packages on the floor, other dirt lile hair and dust throughout the room and hair in the tub. I had blankets in the car and a pillow so i just laid those down to sleep as we were too exhausted to ask for a change of room. Staff would have given me a new room if i asked, I'm sure, but I didnt have the energy or patience today. The layout of the room was very uncomfortable as well.. the couch faces the mirror instead of the tv... not sure id book again!"

"Not really on gym I feel like a lot of the stuff is outdated and needs to be updated with new stuff like the TVs and there was no continental breakfast and it was just really hard to correlate getting my stay set up"

"The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel condition was very unclean. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet was running and making noise all night. The tub didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t even use it for the jets after we paid extra for that room. One of the beds had a fake eyelash in it. There was hair and other trash all over the floor in the bathroom and room. Just can tell they don’t have good housekeepers. Again the staff was really nice and we liked the shuttle service. They just have a lot of updating and cleaning to do. "
