The location and property was stunning. Breakfast was delicious. They had bikes to use to bike into town which was a very nice touch

The staff were wonderful. The food was very good and generous. The beds were really comfortable!! I was a bit disappointed about two things for a "camping" experience. I was kept awake one night by the generator running continuously. Secondly, for an area of the world that is known for it's dark sky and star-gazing, I was really disappointed that there were so many lights on in the main tent and also the surrounding lodges. Also, the beer seemed ridiculously expensive!

What an absolutely stunning place! The host was incredible to deal with, the atmosphere and rooms were outstanding!! Included breakfast was delicious and not too much before a long day ahead! Carlos even gave us some amazing suggestions on places to hike and places to eat nearby!! Recommend all to stay if travelling the area! Feel absolutely safe, an actual key for your room, not a swipe card. Many restaurants nearby, not 100% in walking distance but manageable. Recommend to all!!

We absolutely loved the hospitality and assistance that were provided for our memorable family trip to Patagonia. We particularly appreciated the help securing hiking tours and facilitating our car rental. You went above and beyond expectations and we are very grateful.

Amazing stay! Brand new family run lodge only a 10 minute drive outside the gate to Torres del Paine National park. Easy 90 minute drive by car from Puerto Natales. Clean, beautiful natural decor. All staff very helpful and friendly. We were made to feel at home right away. It is on a large property on the banks of the Rio Serrano. Beautiful! Highly recommend!

The view, dining, and service – all excellent. We had an issue witl our shower leaking from multiple areas leading to flooding around the bathroom floor. The maintenance staff managed to fix one leak but there's a design flaw in the shower door that causes the other. They were quite accommodating with adequate service recovery. Overall, great experience!

We chose to stay inside Torres del Paine National Park, and it truly couldn’t have been a better decision. Hotel Lago Grey’s location is ideal for full-day hikes and for access to the boat ride to see Glaciar Grey. We had all of our meals at the hotel restaurant and were quite pleased with the quality of the food. The majority of the dishes were thoughtfully prepared and consistently excellent, especially after long days out exploring. The absolute highlight of our stay was the excursions...

An exceptional boutique property with amazing views! Laura was extremely communicative before and during our stay and offered a delicious breakfast. Absolutely one of the best places to stay in the Puerto Natales area.

Quiet, friendly, unique

The owners are so kind and helpful. Lee booked cabs for us, took care of our dinners and helped us with all kinds of questions. The food they offer is korean and it's delicious.

Le personnel fut sympathique et des plus serviables!

Everything stood out. I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything was so wonderful. The ambiance was to die for! Tucked away in the beautiful valley of puerto Natales, right outside the town amongst the farms, is this beautiful place. The staff were so warm and welcoming, bringing us a basket of fresh items for us to cook breakfast for ourselves the next morning. A freshly baked warm loaf of bread, fresh eggs, fruit and juice waiting to be turned into a breakfast with love. The view of the...
