The property is very modern and nice, but we had trouble with the TV, toilets would not flush for a while. The thing that upset me the most was that the hotel lists a 24 hrs airport shuttle and that was false. We had to get our own ride to the airport, which was upsetting……

I truly had the best hotel experience i have ever had in South America, in this hotel. The breakfast was iut of this world, the stuff were really amazing, and helpful, and friendly. The hotel were stunning. Probably the most beautiful and authentic i have ever seen. I can't say enough about how pleasant and memorable was my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
I would really like to take advantage on this review paragraph, and simply say THANK YOU FOR A REALLY BEAUTIFUL TIME I HAD WITH YOU GUYS IN CALI, COLOMBIA!! you made it so much more then I had ever expected! Will definitely see you again :)
