This was a good location with a helpful host. Parking was a bit tight, but we welcomed having parking in such a busy place. An easy walk to the cliff railway, cafes and pubs. The room was quite small and the TV from the next room could be heard in ours. I'm not sure if that is why ear plugs were supplied! Having the lounge/dining area available for our use was useful. The brownie was appreciated.

Great location, nice spa & breakfast, lots of info prior to arrival just not told we needed a physical card for the £20 room deposit which then amounted to £150 if you don’t have a card present even though everything else doesn’t need one…not super happy but didn’t have a choice! Robe & slipper hire charge £15 is excessive in my opinion too!
