From the moment I checked in staff were argumentative and very unhelpful. The room was clean, for four people there was only two towels and three face cloths so needed to go request more at front desk as room doesn’t have a phone. Pool was very dirty and took the maintenance man several attempts to help us get the door opened to use the pool. All pool chairs were broken as well. This is my first stay at a hotel that I’ve ever had a bad experience. However staff kept reminding me that it is now under new management so things have changed and all the reviews were from old management. This is not looking good for the hotel going forward.

This our second stay and there will be more. The staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The food is great and the location ideal for exploring. Highly recommend this place.
