"We had a wonderful stay in the one-bedroom cabin! The setting was absolutely beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and right on the Penobscot River. We loved spending our evenings on the dock watching the sunset, and our son's favorite part was seeing the train pass by each day.The cabin had everything we needed, including a kitchen, bathroom, screened-in porch, and a great fire pit for relaxing after a day of exploring. Charlie and his wife were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always quick to answer questions, provided fuel and firewood when needed, and offered great recommendations for things to do in the area.If you're looking for a comfortable riverside getaway with wonderful hosts, we highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back again!"

"We have stayed here before and loved it . The camp is adorable and very well stocked for everything you might need . The check in process is easy and directions to the camp are accurate. The lake is great for any kind of water activity and the water is super clear . It’s still a little early but the water was warm enough for swimming!! We also kayaked and fished. We did catch some bass right from the dock which my dogs loved . The owner is easy to contact and responds right away . Definitely 5 star !!"

"Most clean and best smelling place I have rented! We had an absolute blast enjoying the dock, fishing, and watching our dogs play in the water. So much fun! Thank you SO much to the hosts for sharing their gem. My son is already asking to go back!!!"

"Everything about this cottage is beautiful! I cant say one bad thing. Waking up to the beautiful lake abd falling asleep to the loons were perfect! Cornhole was a big hit as well! We will be back to get some fishing in for sure. "

"What a perfect spot! The room is spacious and comfortably furnished. My husband and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee. Being on a working farm added a fun element without being too noisy. We only heard the goats as we left in the morning. The host communicated in a timely fashion and offered to replenish breakfast. Their directions were detailed and accurate."

"We absolutely loved our stay! We were surrounded by Loons the whole time. The fishing was very good. And, we were always cozy and comfortable, even on a couple cold and dreary days. There were personal touch surprises from the Host that made us feel like welcome friends/family. Thank you!"
