« We had absolutely the best time for our anniversary!!! This little studio condo was exactly what we wanted and needed! Perfect for a short getaway or even longer for two people. South end of the island and literally the last true oceanfront opportunity before serene uncrowded beach! Wonderful area to walk, ride bikes, and social distance. The staff did exactly what they said they would and complete no-contact checkin. The room was impeccably clean and well furnished. Loved being on the 2nd level...

« Loved the location and the access to the beach. The area was beautiful and while the motel is older, they’ve kept it very nice and clean. My daughter, our dogs and I stayed. You are on the very end of the island, which I loved but that does mean a lil drive to get something to eat. My only con is I wish they provided a few extra towels. They provide one bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person. Had I known that I’d have brought some from home (you can ask for more for a fee)....

« Sea Vista Motel is the perfect place from where to enjoy the beach and all that Topsail/Surf City have to offer. PET FRIENDLY Casual laidback Motel with a great vibe and no frills accommodations. The most impressive feature of the Sea Vista Motel is in its proximity to the beach. All rooms have an ocean view and you are mere feet from the dunes and and miles of clean beaches Fall asleep to the gentle ocean breeze and the sound of the waves every night. I will definitely look forward to...

« It’s an older property but I liked it. I go to Topsail beach often. I live in Wilmington NC. It’s worth the 55 minute drive. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful ocean front view. »
