We enjoyed our beach getaway so much. This is an older house but it was very clean, bug free, and well stocked with incredible views and direct access to the beach. We highly recommend!

Good and also affordable.

It's obvious that improvements have been made to the house with the new board walk from the parking area, updated kitchen, flooring and heat/air unit. In addition, having a washer and dryer available was convenient. Both of them worked well. Also, the hot water heater was adequate for multiple showers in a row.The location was outstanding. The beach and house proximity to it was great. The views from upper deck were ideal for sunrises and watching dolphins. We liked being on the South end and the relaxed environment there. Although updates have been made, there are other items that need some TLC.

This "older house" does need a few upgrades, but it was great for my wife and I. It was very clean, and has all the amenities you need. We spent a lot of time on the screened-in porch with a great view of the ocean. The picture of a shark made of shark's teeth was awesome. Yes, we would stay here again.

Perfect spot for a quick beach get away

The house was cute and cozy. Nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Steps from the beach, endless views, quiet neighbors. It was a great place to relax and destress.

Wonderful stay at Topsail Beach

Five of us spent the long weekend at this lovely location. It is right on the beach and has multiple spaces to enjoy time together or in small groups. Would definitely rent again.

Cozy cottage with great views

We had a wonderful mini-vacation at this lovely cottage. It was the perfect size and setup for the 4 of us. We spent hours on the screen porch, and the rooftop deck was a great evening hangout spot. Would definitely rent again.

A short Mother’s Day getaway

Our stay here was short, but sweet despite the rain we made the best of our time here and the place was adorable. A few upgrades to the outside screened porch so that it didn’t leak when raining would be ideal. However, the place was suitable for our needs and had everything we needed and had an amazing time!

Fun place!

The house was delightful. We loved the fact that it was on the beach with our own private access over the dune. Amenities were fine for our short stay. The owner's description was right on the mark. We will stay there again.

Lovely vintage style cottage on the beach!

My family and I recently spent almost three weeks at this older but lovely little cottage on the ocean at Topsail Beach. We enjoyed the location (about one mile north of the Jolly Roger Pier); easy walking distance to the town of Topsail Beach. The beach in front of the house was very expansive and the beach combing was fabulous! Found many fossilized shark's teeth, including one the size of my palm. The house is cozy; it is a bit quirky but nothing that detracted in any way of our enjoyment. Owner Justin was a great host and very responsive. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a great vacation.
