The staff changed our room and the bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower in a few places and hair coiled in the towels and wash clothes. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre . The kids were running the halls and were so loud in the room above us. "

"Actually there were some lady bugs and other kind of bugs on curtain. When requested for change in the rooms . Since they were fully booked they were not able to provide alternate and also they did t provide other alternative option too and I ba ent even got credits too. I have left the hotel at 1:00 am along with family and got another hotel booked."
