"This is a beautiful little cabin with all the creature comforts and plenty of room for the wife, 2 pups, and me. The cabin is clean and the rustic touches add a unique feel. The view from the porch/front of the cabin is beautiful as the mountains are in full view. For the most part, it is a quiet location offering a great view of stars at night. The pictures of the cabin in the profile listing give the impression it is more secluded. Two adjacent homes gives it a little bit of a fishbowl feel....

"The location was great, close to everything, shopping and restaurants. The house was great, love the pool table and spa! It had mostly everything in the kitchen you will need except for storing leftover food (foil and baggies); lastly the wifi password is not posted anywhere visible, (suggestion - put it on the note on the refrigerator with the house rules) with the help of the neighbor entering the home, he found in a cabinet (we hadn't checked yet)."

"My family and I stayed at this home and it was walking distance to many shops and convenience stores. We went to Payson for my son’s Baseball tournament at a park that was slightly over a mile away. Being so close made it easy for us to go to the home between games and allowed us to cool off and rest in this cozy home. We travel to Payson 1-2 time per year and we will definitely look for this property again when the next time comes."

"Quiet, secluded and just what we needed. Our 2 dogs also had a ball with so much wilderness to explore. We did not take advantage of all of the enormous amount of amenities, as peace and quiet of nature, hanging in the hammock reading and R&R was more what we needed this trip."

"The place is beautiful, it is not well maintained. A lot of things didn't work, tv some of the games. The kitchen sink when used required us to mop. Management apologized for the inconvenience, we were still mopping the whole stay. Hole in the ceiling was patched with carpet and the carpet was painted. Bedroom 1 had a lot of live roaches. The saloon had a roach a lot of spiders and scorpions. A lot of spiders downstairs too. So this did retract from from our stay and in this sense we didn't...
